How to Make a
Legacy Gift

You can make a legacy gift to IRAC by making a bequest.

A bequest is a charitable gift made through a new or existing will or living trust. It will cost you nothing during your lifetime and may constitute a set amount of money, or a percentage of your estate. An amendment to an existing will does not necessarily have to cost you anything. In most countries, such an addition, or codicil, is simply added as an amendment to your will.

Contact your lawyer about how to make a bequest to IRAC.

The following is sample bequest language to share with your lawyer and add to your will:

I hereby give, devise and bequeath to the Israel Religious Action Center, or its successors in interest, with offices at 13 King David Street, Jerusalem, Israel, 9131901 via Friends of IMPJ with federal tax ID 14-1970976, the sum of $X (amount written out), exclusive of my lifetime donations, if any, to be used for the Israel Religious Action Center’s most urgent priorities as determined by its board of trustees in their sole discretion.
